Most Travelled People If you are in to travelling or have been alot of places I strongly recommend you check out the website: http://mosttraveledpeople.com/ Basically it provides a great way to keep track of all the places you have been and also to see how you stack up against your fellow travellers. It will keep track of how many officially recognized U.N. countries you have visited as well as how many MTP (Mosttravelledpeople) “locations” you have visited. A location is defined by the site as the following: “According to our members, the world is made up of 762 countries, territories, autonomous regions, enclaves, geographically separated island groups, and major states and provinces. To visit all 762 would be to go everywhere.” The site’s founder Charles Veley is currently the farthest along having visited 710 of the possible 762 locations. Several outside sources have confirmed that this not only makes him the most travelled man alive but also the most travelled man in all of human history. Since he has been to all of the World’s 192 countries, the only locations he is still missing are remote islands and distant provinces of certain countries. Only in his mid forties he will most likely become the first man ever to literally go everywhere on earth. As for young hotshot Scott Dickenson he is currently sitting at 57 locations in 30 different countries. If you’ve travelled alot in the U.S. you might clip me on locations but I challenge anybody reading this blog to beat me on the country count. You should also try and do this while you still have a remote shot before I start putting up Nintendo numbers in 2010. In conclusion the website is a fun and easy way to keep track of where you have been and to see how you rank against people in your country, age group, etc. Check it out and remember to have stay fit and have fun!
